Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared at our fulfillment hub in Smouha, Alexandria within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding national holidays and Fridays).

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

• Coverage: All 29 Governorates across Egypt (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Canal, Upper Egypt, and Red Sea/Sinai).
• Standard Domestic Rate: Flat rate of EGP 118.00 applied at checkout.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from shipment dispatch.

Courier & Tracking (Bosta)

All orders are dispatched via our official logistics partner, Bosta:

• Once your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automated SMS/WhatsApp update containing your Bosta Tracking Number.

• The courier will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your location and arrange delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt. Please ensure you have the exact order amount in cash ready for the courier upon arrival.
